Calling all Cadette, Senior and Ambassador girls!  It’s time to “Get your kicks on Route 66”! 

Join the Global Awareness Team for a weekend of fun adventures along this historic American Highway!! 

We will meet at Camp Trivera Friday evening to plan a trip along Route 66 as part of our Trails and Tales Patch program. Girls will do all of the planning with adult guidance. They will learn how to make decisions in a group setting, budget and manage their time. As a group, girls will decide where to go, activities to do and how to spend their money. Once the planning is complete, girls will spend the night at Camp Trivera and wake up Saturday morning to hit the road on a fun day of adventure with our volunteer chaperones!

Cost: $75

Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch will be included.

*No parents, leaders or tagalongs. This event is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events) Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events) Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation or postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
