This session is only for campers going INTO 4th & 5th grade in the Fall of 2020

This is a short week!
Check-in is on Monday, June 15th between 6-8pm at Camp E-Ko-Wah. 
Check-out is on Friday, June 19th between 1-2pm.

Get ready to saddle up and take the reins on this horse adventure! Campers will learn the basics of horse riding and caring for horses. Campers who attend this session will work on some of the requirements for earning the Horseback Riding Badge. This session schedules three arena lessons and one trail ride, weather permitting, and a horse “spa” morning for campers to spoil their favorite horse.

During this session, campers will not only spend time learning about horses and riding them, they’ll also participate in the overall Wizardry theme for the week! Campers will be sorted into a house, make wands, and play Quidditch with the rest of camp!  This session will also involve a normal, full length dinner cookout.

This is a 4.5-day/4-night session, a great progression opportunity for those who have done shorter weeks of camp but aren’t quite ready for the typical 6-day/5-night sessions. 

This camp will not run if less than 6 campers register. If this camp gets cancelled, it might be replaced with another session.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
