
L.E.A.D. (Leader Enrichment and Development) is an opportunity for GSWESTOK volunteers, new and experienced, to hear the latest news about what's happening in Girl Scouting, build leadership skills, and see familiar faces. By bringing together adult volunteers from all corners of our council, L.E.A.D. aims to rekindle our Girl Scout Sisterhood through shared stories, ideas, and goals for an innovative and energized Girl Scout year.
Friday, September 20th-Reconnecting to Our Mission!
Join us for an overnight stay at Camp Trivera as we kick off our new membership year and reconnect to our mission! Our fun-filled evening will include an Investiture/Rededication Ceremony, a Campfire with camp songs, and S’Mores! To receive your 2024 L.E.A.D. pin, you must be present Friday night for the ceremony.
Saturday, September 21st- Troop Leadership Training
These sessions are for both new and experienced Troop Volunteers. We will come together for a day of learning, networking, and celebration to help make your Girl Scouting year a successful experience. Troop Training will end on Saturday evening as our Adult Award Ceremony and Dinner are held followed by fun activities running until 10pm. You are welcome to stay overnight on Saturday.
Sunday, September 22nd- Service Unit Leadership Training
These sessions are for both new and experienced SU leadership volunteers. All volunteers will walk away with the resources and tools needed to create a dynamic plan for the upcoming year.

Accommodations
Bunk Rooms: These rooms sleep 8 people. Located on the 2nd floor in the Camp Trivera Lodge. Upper and Lower bunks. (Bring your own bedding). If a lower bunk is required, please indicate on your registration.
Loft Rooms: These rooms sleep 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor in the Camp Trivera Lodge. Two individual bottom bunks and one large, shared bed upper loft, which can hold 4 people. (Bring your own bedding.)
Hammock Porch: Sleeps 10 single person hammocks. Located on the 2nd floor in the Camp Trivera Lodge. It is an open air, covered space with electrical outlets and access to a locked storage bin for each camper. Hammocks are provided, bring your own bedding.
Treehouse: Sleeps 8 in single cots. The Treehouses are open-air and do not have electricity. (Bring your own bedding.)

To pay via Service Unit Incentive card, you will need to select the payment method that has the gold card with a red ribbon on it (it looks like a present) on the payment screen. You will then enter your card number in the box: 79013400000000xx (last 2 digits vary by Service Unit). If, after having completed the above steps, you still have problems, please contact Customer Care so that we may assist you.
Additional Information
All adults attending must be registered with a current background check on file. A $10 late fee will be applied to all registrations processed after the registration close date of September 10, 2024.
