After postponing to March 2022 from November 2021 we are finally able to have the best STEAM event of the year! Get your timed tickets today and save money to our annual STEAM event—Geekapalooza! Co-hosted by Girl Scouts and MetroFamily Magazine, this year’s exciting event will be held from 10am to 3pm on March 12th at the all-new, urban STEM facility Camp Trivera (not far from the OKC Zoo). 

Geekapaolooza encourages kids ages 4-14 to learn about STEAM topics through hands-on expo booths hosted by local organizations and interactive ongoing workshops about subjects such as robotics, the science of flight, coding and geoscience. There will be robotics demonstrations, musical performers and hands-on fun everywhere. We hope to see you there! Secure your tickets now!

COVID safety protocols will be in place, including mask requirements for all attendees and staff; many activities being held outdoors; hand sanitizers located throughout; and more.

All activities will be available during the whole day. Specific arrival times are being used at this event to regulate the flow of traffic at registration.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events) Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events) Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation or postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
