**Updated 11/9/2020**
Registration is closed, but we still have shirts and patches while supplies last!
Families can sign up to participate in this virtual event by choosing two levels of participation. The event launches at 7 p.m. on Nov. 8 (which happens to also be National STEM/STEAM Day) with a welcome introduction and continues for the next five days (Nov. 9-13), with two workshop sessions conveniently held daily at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. The workshops are geared for kids ages preschool to middle school and for boys and girls. Only one ticket needed per household, no matter how many participants.
With general admission, families will get an email prior to the event with a list of all necessary materials for the workshops. General Admission price is $12.00 per household.
With the upgraded VIP option, families will receive a box of materials for the projects, plus several coupons for experience such as visiting a local museum or riding the zip line at Camp Trivera, the new urban Girl Scout camp located east of the OKC Zoo. VIP tickets will be capped at 100. The registration deadline for a VIP ticket is October 18th, 2020, at 11:30pm. VIP pricing is no longer available.
October 16th, 2020, is also the deadline to participate in the Pelco workshop live, for both general admission and VIPS. Anyone registered after October 16th will receive materials to go along with the recording of the Pelco workshop at a later date.
The sessions will be recorded so participating families can enjoy them again or watch them for the first time on their own schedule. Other fun activities will add to the event, including a “Geek” costume contest with prizes and other contests/giveaways.
Once you are registered, you will be sent an email with the link to access the workshops closer to the week of the event.
T-shirts and patches are available for an additional cost. T-shirts are $14 each; patches are $6.
