Join us for a thrilling day of exploration and discovery at the Family STEAM Fest!

Family STEAM Fest is designed to ignite the curiosity of learners of all ages in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Come dive into the wonders of STEAM through hands-on engineering challenges, interactive science exhibits, and live technology demonstrations with over fifteen community partners, featuring:

Mobile Blood Drive from OBI (sign up here to donate. Donors receive a free shirt, a free pass to Frontier City or Hurricane Harbor, and are entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Family Pack of tickets to the OKC Zoo!)
Tree ring timeline from Oklahoma Forestry,

Mobile Makerspace from Science Museum Oklahoma,
BOOM! Chemistry station from Heartland,
Ozobots and Stop Motion videography from Engage Learning, 
Hands-on challenges from OU Civil Engineering, by EPSCoR,

LEGO Spike robot challenges from OKC Robotics,

Early Bird Prices - CLOSED:
(Register before May 22)

  • $7 per Girl Scout

  • 1 free adult per Girl Scout, $5 per additional adult

To register 1 free adult per Girl Scout, select "1 Adult - Free per Child" for each adult.  The Early Bird discount will be automatically applied.

General Admission Registration Prices:

  • $10 per Girl Scout

  • $10 per Non-Member child

  • $7 per Adult

General admission tickets will be available the day of the event for $10 per Girl Scout, $10 per Non-member child, and $7 per Adult. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult.  If attending as a troop, girl to adult ratios must be met.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
