The Open House begins at 1pm - the gate will be closed until this time. The event is officially over at 7pm wherein all visitors must be off site. The latest arrivals will be allowed in at 5:30pm.

Visit camp for the afternoon! This afternoon event is for Girl Scouts and their immediate families who haven’t spent a whole lot of time at E-Ko-Wah, or have never been to overnight camp before! Come see camp, meet our staff, and play in some of our activity areas! Camp staff will lead various activities throughout the afternoon. A light dinner will be provided at this event for those who choose to stay through/arrive around dinner time.

We will have staff stationed at various activity areas to answer questions and facilitate some brief activity periods throughout the afternoon. Not all activity areas will be open for participation for this afternoon event, but we will have staff stationed at all activity areas to talk about what happens at that location!

This event has a high capacity - depending on attendance and times families choose to arrive, wait times will vary at activity areas.

WiFi is not available to participants, and the only cell provider that is reliable (4G) at Camp E-Ko-Wah is AT&T. There are landlines located around camp should an emergency come up in which participants need to contact someone outside of camp.

If you or your camper has dietary restrictions, please note that we can only accommodate certain needs. We are able to provide vegetarian, gluten free OR nut free options. If you or your camper has a combination of these needs, or dietary needs beyond those listed, please plan on bringing some food substitutes/snacks for them. Any food that is brought as a substitute must be checked into the kitchen or left in vehicles - food should not wander about through the buildings on camp.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
