This session is only for campers going INTO 6th, 7th & 8th grade in the Fall of 2020

This is a short week!
Check-in is on Sunday, June 7th between 2-4pm at Camp E-Ko-Wah. 
Check-out is on Wednesday, June 10th between 6-8pm.

This session is for Cadettes who are interested in going through the camp leadership program - this is the recommended (not required) first step of the Outdoor Leader (OL) program. Camp Program Aide (PA) is for those who want to learn about working with younger Girl Scouts. PA’s will learn about characteristics of Brownie level Girl Scouts, practice planning activities and lead one or two activity periods for a Brownie patrol while at this 4-day/3-night session. PA’s will NOT earn the PA pin while they are at camp - guardians will receive an email from the Leadership Director after camp (usually the week after) regarding what steps are left to earn the pin. The PA campers will participate in some of the themed activities for the Hollywood week, not all, as the main focus of this session is learning about and doing activity planning for younger Girl Scouts.

Horse Experience is not part of this camp.

This camp will not run if less than 4 campers register.
If this camp gets cancelled, it will not be replaced with another session.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
