Join us for "All Things Fall," a Girl Scout event celebrating the best of autumn at Camp Trivera!

For just $65, Girl Scouts will enjoy an overnight experience at Camp Trivera with a schedule packed full of Fall-themed activities, including a pumpkin patch, STEAM activities, and outdoor cooking sessions.

You will explore the joys of sustainable snacks through apple tasting, applesauce making, and apple jam canning. You'll also dive into unique crafting projects and camp progression programs, giving a taste of what future resident camp experiences are like.

Participants will be grouped by age, ensuring age-appropriate activities and making new friends!

Whether attending for the day or the entire event, girls will gain valuable camp skills and create lasting memories. This event is perfect for those eager to experience camp life while enjoying the cozy vibes of fall. Don't miss out on this chance to make the most of the season with friends and fun!

Cost:

  • With Overnight
    • $65 per girl member

Sleeping accommodation options include: 

  • Bunk Room:  each room sleeps 8, with 4 lower bunks and 4 upper bunks
  • Loft Room:  each room sleeps 6, with 2 lower bunks and an upper loft platform that sleeps 4
  • Treehouse: each treehouse sleeps 8
  • Tent: each tent sleeps 4

This is a Troop-focused event, so it is strongly recommended that Girl and Adult Members register as a Troop. Girls/Children must be accompanied by an adult registered for the event. If attending as a Troop, girl to adult ratios must be met. All adults attending must be registered with a current background check on file.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
