Join us at the Stafford Museum of Air and Space for EXCLUSIVE Girl Scout programming in the STEAM activity center, LUNCH, and a fun patch!

Take to the skies through Aerospace Day, an exhilarating journey hosted at the prestigious Stafford Museum. This day will feature a STEAM activity center set up just for Girl Scouts. Learn about the principles of flight and the key factors that affect aircraft performance, then test your skills on the museum’s flight simulators. Explore the history of flight, from learning to leave the ground to landing on the moon. See real time photos from the International Space Station. Join us for an exclusive opportunity to explore the wonders of flight, learn about aircraft engineering, and earn your Girl Scout Aeronautics Patch. 

COST:

  • $10 for Girl Scouts & Tagalongs/Non-Member Children
  • $20 for Girl Non-Members (girls ages 5 & up)
  • $12 for Adults

This is a come-and-go event.  This is NOT a drop-off event.  If attending as a troop, girl to adult ratios must be met.  Girl will receive their fun patch at the museum.

Lunch will be provided in the cost of your registration and will be available near the activity center.  The menu will be selected closer to the date of the evetn in order to account for dietary restrictions and number of participants.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A Doctors note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
