Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma supports any attempts to better our education but above all we stand for girls.  The teachers in Oklahoma have taken a stance and whether you are on one side or the other our girls need us to come together.

In an effort to make sure that no girl is left behind, Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma will open its doors to girls K-5.  We understand that this walkout will affect many families and therefore are offering a three-tier payment system (please click on the registration links below to view pricing tiers). We will provide a safe space where they can continue to learn and develop while their parents attend work.  

Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks will be provided during the week for all girls.  

Girl Scout Spring Camp will be offered M-F from 8:30 am- 4pm.  Pick-up and drop off will be at the Girl Scout office on the East Side of the building.  

Prices include a Girl Scout Membership that is good through September 30, 2018 if you do not currently have one.

Cancellation Policy
GSWEST EVENT REFUND POLICY: Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSWESTOK Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
